First under-the-microscope: payload & power…

With upgraded components and improved geometry, the HookLoada HL220 25-year anniversary trailer is able to lift and tip a huge 23.5 tonnes (10% more than HL210) with greater confidence — without compromising the durability are long service life that HookLoada is known for over 25 years of hard work.

For operators, that means:
More weight per load — handle 23.5t containers with confidence
Greater productivity — move more material with every working cycle
No compromises — capability added without compromising hooklift trailer service life

By increasing lifting and tipping capability without adding weight to the hook lift trailer, Stronga has created a HookLoada with a much stronger power-to-weight ratio.

A bigger power-to-weight ratio means more material moved with every load, reducing the number of cycles needed, increasing productivity and reducing operating costs (fuel, labour & so on). Add in the fact that we’ve also extended the hook tower stroke, and that means more m³ capacity in the container too, increasing efficiency even further (more on this in our next email…).
